Pure water from Gualdo Tadino, barley malt , yeast, oats and hops (Columbus, Magnum, Simcoe). The presence of natural sediment on the bottom is an indication of the artisanal nature of the product.

The aroma is characterized by fruity hints of citrus fruits such as grapefruit and grapefruit, tropical fruits and a touch of fresh hay. Its bitterness is due to the use of American hops, but at the same time you can perceive notes of honey, caramel and biscuit given by the malt.

Pale straw yellow beer tending to cloudy, due to the presence of yeasts and sediments in suspension.
